Its been weeks since I updated my blog. That is because I am so busy with my BAKAS.

But, what is “BAKAS”? It is a culminating activity of the Araling Panlipunan Area in our school. It is a program / mini-play that showcases the important turning events in the Philippine history. BAKAS has been planned for almost a year, and we started the practice since the start of the resumption of the school year after the long Christmas vacation.
BAKAS is a brainchild of our Subject Area coordinator, Ms. Mercy Bautista, and improvement done to the program, by the whole faculty of Araling Panlipunan.
As for my contribution, I made the whole multimedia presentation, and my year-level presented part of the play which focuses on the growing nationalistic spirit of the Filipinos during the Spanish colonization era.
Anyway, BAKAS has been a great success and we hope to do it again within 5 to 7 year. (Ms Mercy don’t like to repeat the same activity yearly) and so, I personally want to say thank you to everyone who participated in this project, the students of first year up to fourth year, the teachers, and the whole IHMC community.
And as an added bonus, this is the Theme song for BAKAS.
